The Fabulous Fruitcake team offer a range of fabulous fruitcakes, all made at home in North Buckinghamshire. We have a strong commitment to wholesome food so all the ingredients used are organic and have been selected from suppliers approved by The Soil Association.

Each cake is individually made and hand decorated, so each one looks different and is unique.  We only start to make each cake once an order has been received, so they are freshly baked for you. Should you have a special request to exclude nuts, or alcohol for example, then just let us know and the the recipe can be easily adapted to your needs.

Because we care about what we eat, our cakes are hand-made using high quality, fresh and natural organic ingredients. Each cake is double shrink wrapped for freshness and comes in a silver Fabulous Fruitcake Company tin, with a personalized card from the Fabulous Fruitcake team.

Each cake is traditionally made in our kitchen in Buckinghamshire over a period of 3 days:

• Day 1 - 12-24 hours soaking of all the dried fruit in organic tea to ensure the fruits are plump, tasty and ready for baking. 
• Day 2 - Cake ingredients are mixed then baked in the oven for 4 - 4.5 hours then left to cool in their tins. 
• Day 3 - The cakes are fed with plenty of alcohol, hand decorated with fruits or fruits and nuts, glazed then shrink wrapped to keep it fresh and placed into a silver re-usable tin lined with dark red tissue paper.

None of our cakes contain any artificial additives or preservatives and they are suitable for vegetarians. To keep your cake fresh for longer, store in this tin in a cool dark place.

Last orders for Christmas is 10th December for all UK orders.
